After studying the full guest profile, the crew member completes a multiple-choice readiness quiz. The result generates a confidence score, visible in the crew member's app header at all times. When a guest updates their favourites, the scores of all related crew members decrease automatically. Each affected crew member receives a notification (for example, "3 updates in favourites of the guest") with a CTA to review the changes and answer new quiz questions. Crew have 24 hours to complete the review. If the window passes, the issue escalates to their physical supervisor. If still unresolved after another 24 hours, it escalates to the captain. Every review, score change, and escalation is logged. This method removes stress and friction from the crew member, ensures every guest feels understood from the very first interaction, and guarantees that no preference update ever goes unnoticed.
