7 Star Crew gives you a portable professional identity that travels between vessels. Through the "Know Your Guest" section in your crew profile, you study every guest's preferences, allergies, and service style, then complete a readiness quiz to prove you are prepared. Your confidence score is visible in your app header at all times. When a guest updates their favourites, your score adjusts automatically and you receive a notification with new quiz questions to review within 24 hours. If the review window passes, the issue escalates to your supervisor, and after another 24 hours, to the captain. Every detail is recorded, every update is accounted for. This is the 7 Star Standard.
