The "Know Your Guest" confidence score, visible in every crew member's app header, lets you verify preparation at a glance. When a guest updates their favourites, affected crew scores decrease automatically and a 24-hour review window begins. If a crew member fails to review and re-quiz within 24 hours, the issue escalates to their physical supervisor. If unresolved for another 24 hours, it escalates directly to you. Every review is logged, every update is accounted for, giving you full oversight without micromanagement.
